1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the provision of the newsletter service by Anna Jeziorowska, operating under the business name Anna Jeziorowska Amber Doodle, with its registered office in Gdynia, NIP: 9581354950, (hereinafter: “Service Provider”).
   
2. You may contact the Service Provider at: info@amberdoodle.pl or anna@australian-labradoodle.pl.
   
3. The newsletter is provided electronically in accordance with the Act on Rendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
   

2. Scope of the Newsletter

1. The newsletter consists of periodic email messages containing:
   
   • news and updates about upcoming or available Australian Labradoodle litters,
     
   • dog care tips and educational content,
     
   • updates on workshops, promotions, and Ayurvedic support for humans and animals.
     
2. The newsletter is sent to the email address provided by the User.
   

3. Terms of Use

1. The newsletter is available to adults who voluntarily subscribe by providing their email address and giving consent to receive communications.
   
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.
   
3. Users must provide accurate and true information.
   

4. Personal Data Protection

1. The Service Provider is the data controller of the personal data provided by the User.
   
2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter, based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
   
3. Data are stored until consent is withdrawn.

These Terms are effective as of May 17, 2025, and remain in force until further notice.
